Following are troubleshooting steps to try for account login issues. Please contact servicedesk@rose-Hulman.edu if you continue to experience this issue.
1. The account password may be expired. RHIT requires all students, staff and faculty to change their password annually.
- Update your expired password online by following password reset instructions
2. RHIT accounts may be temporarily locked due to a large number of failed log-in attempts. Most often this issue is caused by email applications on mobile phones or other devices repeatedly trying to log in with the old password.
- Logout of email applications on your phone or other device
- Login to email applications using your current account password
