ID Photo
The Banner ID photo is your official Rose-Hulman identification photo. The photo ID card is used for facility access and to identify you as an RHIT student, employee or affiliate.
- For students, Student Affairs takes the ID photo and issues the Rose-Hulman photo ID card.
- For employees and affiliates, Public Safety manages the ID photo provided by Communications and Marketing.
Software Photo
Some Institute software displays a photo associated with your individual record. Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) manages software photos as follows:
- Updates to the ID photo are pushed to Banner, Moodle, and Microsoft 365 products (Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint) nightly.
- Individuals may change their Microsoft 365 photo. This change will remain unless or until the Asure ID photo is updated. All Institute software mentioned above is updated with the new Asure ID photo.
