How do I share my exact class schedule (includes class information) with someone else?
You must first export your schedule from Banner. For instructions, click here: How to export your class schedule. 
 
- Office 365
- Go to office.com and sign in using your Rose-Hulman email address.
 - Open the Outlook application.
 - Click the menu icon at the top left side of the page and select 'Calendar'.
 - Click the 'Share' button in the top navigation bar of the page.
 - Search for the email address or name of the person you want to share your calendar with, and select their contact info from the dropdown that appears.
 - Click 'Share'.
 
- Outlook Application
- Open outlook and click the calendar icon on the bottom left-hand panel on the screen.
 - Click the 'Share Calendar' icon on the top navigation bar in the 'Home' tab.
 - Enter the email address of the person you want to share your calendar with. Alternatively, you can search the address book for a person whose email address is unknown.
 - OPTIONAL - You can request to view the recipient's calendar as well by checking the 'Request permission to view recipient's calendar' box.
 - Ensure the 'Allow recipient to view your Calendar' box is checked.
 - Choose the level of detail you would like to share from the 'Details' dropdown. Explanations of each level of detail are below the dropdown.
 - Click 'Send'.
