  • You may have a filter set that is blocking the room which you will need to remove and search again. The number of people attending your event may be too many for the capacity of the room or too few if the room has a minimum capacity it requires for use.
  • Some spaces on campus require additional review, Hallways, Common Space and Parking lots are not available for booking directly in EMS. For more information on using these rooms please contact Administrative Services at ext. 8205.
