In order for any device to be able to connect to the eduroam wireless network, you must ensure your device supports the WPA2-Enterprise standard for wireless security. For information on your device, please refer to the product manual.
Devices that are known NOT to connect to the eduroam wireless network are:
- Apple TV
- Google Chromecast/Home Devices
- Kindle Fire HD
- Nintendo Wii, DS, DSi, and 3DS
- Sony Playstation 3 and 4 and, Sony PSP
- Most wireless printers
- Most wireless televisions

Your device may support wired connections. If so, you may attach it physically to an Ethernet port. To register a device, please navigate to the Clearpass MAC Registration web page.
